Your custom system is protected by warranty in the following ways:

• Three-month hassle free guarantees for all technical problems and user questions
• One-year materials and labor warranty.
• This includes normal service upon 24-hour notification and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays.
• All equipment carries the manufacturer’s full warranty.
• Wiring and jacks have a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials.
• Although a restocking fee applies and labor is non-refundable, we will work with you to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your investment.

Extended service warranties for up to 10 years are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you are interested in pricing this with your system.
